New Year’s Eve Dinner Experience

The Aubrey

Recognised as one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023 and in partnership with Maximal Concepts, The Aubrey offers an eccentric Japanese izakaya experience on the 25th floor of Mandarin Oriental.

The Aubrey will serve an a la carte New Year’s Eve dinner menu focusing on Japanese authenticity, against sweeping views of Victoria Harbour. Seatings available at 6 pm and 8.30 pm depending on a minimum spend. 

A vibrant New Year’s Eve Party will commence at 10 pm, and as the clock strikes midnight, guests at The Aubrey will enjoy spectacular views of Hong Kong’s New Year’s Eve fireworks. 

Alongside The Aubrey’s acclaimed cocktails, a menu of special snacks such as Signature A4 Kagoshima Wagyu Katsu Sando and Popcorn Lobster will be available until late.

Countdown to 2024

The Mandarin Club

The Mandarin Club, located on the 23rd floor of Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong overlooks Statue Square with unobstructed views of the Victoria Harbour. The venue will be offered as an exclusive viewing venue of the firework display for in-house club and suite guests to countdown to 2024. The Mandarin Club will provide free-flow Champagne, house wines, beer and soft drinks, and canapés with dazzling live entertainment for the exciting countdown moment which will commence at 11.30 pm.

Dinner is followed by a New Year’s countdown with framed views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline.

The festive season is always a glamorous affair at Michelin-starred Gaddi’s. Amid tables exquisitely laid with crisp linen, sparkling silverware, and elegant crystal, Chef de Cuisine Albin Gobil’s sublime French haute-cuisine specialities are served beneath the glow of chandeliers. For the last night of 2023, Gaddi’s, which celebrated its 70th anniversary this year, will serve a 10-course New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner menu. Meanwhile, the festive season feels truly elevated at Felix, The Peninsula Hong Kong’s iconic 28th floor restaurant which will serve a lively menu of farm-to-table dishes, and creative cocktails. For Michelin-starred Cantonese cuisine, head to Spring Moon, where Executive Chef Lam Yuk Ming will serve an eight-course New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Menu.

Ring in 2024 at Hong Kong’s favourite Spanish restaurant, Olé which celebrated its 25th anniversary this year and offers an indulgent seven-course New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu designed for the whole table to share. Guests can feast on sharing starters such as sizzling garlic shrimps and slow-braised Iberico pork cheek, followed by mains such as Challanas duck breast, red prawn paella and roasted suckling pig and desserts like chocolate fondant and berries and cava with lucky grapes.
