Tucked away within the newly renovated Lanson Place Causeway Bay, Salon Lanson is a hidden gem we hold in such high regard, we almost hesitate to share it. Enjoy an intimate escape with its indulgent five-course “Dinner Amoureuse.” Live music, personalised floral bouquets, and custom-decorated chocolate bonbons set the mood, while the menu showcases dishes like Langoustine Ceviche with Otoro, Smoked French Pigeon with Foie Gras, and Raspberry Mousse Cake. Priced at $1,450 per person, the evening promises refinement and romance. Extend the celebration with the Romantic Escape package, featuring a one-night stay, room upgrade, and dining credit. The Peninsula Hong Kong

The Peninsula Hong Kong is offering a selection of exquisite dining experiences across its renowned restaurants on February 14. Whether you’re after Michelin-starred French cuisine at Gaddi’s ($6,288 per couple), stunning harbour views at Felix (from $3,688 per couple), or an elegant meal by the Roman-style pool ($5,188 per couple), each venue promises a night of romance and culinary excellence. Guests dining at Felix, The Lobby, Chesa, or The Pool will receive a complimentary Champagne with dessert, while Gaddi’s offers an optional wine pairing experience. Alternatively, for a cosy Alpine-style dinner, Chesa serves up a Swiss-inspired menu (from $2,788 per couple).

Caprice

For an opulent Valentine’s Day, Caprice at Four Seasons Hong Kong presents a six-course tasting menu ($4,200 per person) by Executive Chef Guillaume Galliot. Highlights include Alaskan King Crab with Celeriac Millefeuille and Truffle Vinaigrette, Slow-Cooked Langoustine with Kristal Caviar, and Chicken with Pumpkin and Black Truffle. Zoku at The Hari

Cosy up on Zoku’s romantic terrace this Valentine’s Day with a set menu available during lunch or dinner service (from $1,688 for lunch; $1,988 for dinner). Start with a moriwase sashimi platter with optional oysters, followed by dishes like koji duck leg confit, U.S. prime ribeye, or lobster Tsukemen noodles. Dinner guests enjoy an additional course of makimono and nigiri, finishing with fondant chocolate cake. For something more casual, The Terrace and The Lounge offers rose tiramisu or a chocolate strawberry bouquet paired with Perrier Jouet Grand Brut Champagne. While The Landmark Mandarin Oriental undergoes renovation, Amber remains in full swing, offering an elegant Valentine’s Day celebration in its Michelin two-starred and Green-starred dining room. Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental offers a sophisticated Valentine’s Day with six-course lunches ($2,998) and eight-course dinners ($4,598). Michelin-starred Chef Richard Ekkebus presents dishes like Blue Lobster with Tarragon Sabayon and Wagyu Rib Cap with Oxtail, paired with Dom Pérignon 2015. Desserts include Amao Strawberry with Salt Tomato and White Chocolate. Bespoke wine pairings are also available.

Set against the backdrop of Victoria Harbour, Nobu Hong Kong’s seven-course Omakase menu ($3,288 for two) blends Japanese precision with Peruvian influences. Dishes include Nobu Style Sashimi Yonten Mori, Roasted Lobster with Creamy Uni Sauce, and Grilled Wagyu Foie Gras with Wasabi Salsa. A thoughtful menu crafted to showcase the harmony of flavours and textures. A standout is the Grilled Wagyu Foie Gras, elevated with crispy leeks and wasabi salsa—a perfect blend of richness and spice.

Zuma Hong Kong


Zuma’s Daikoku Tasting Menu ($1,580 per person) includes Langoustine Sashimi with Black Truffle, Miso Marinated Black Cod, and Wagyu Miyazaki Sirloin. Desserts like Raspberry and Vanilla Mousse with Rose Ice Cream add a sweet touch, while a Valentine’s drink menu features Lychee Rose Petal Martini and Ruinart Rosé. Couples will receive a rose, gift card, and  the opportunity to enjoy a live sketching experience with Vincenzo Luongo, an artist known for his vibrant portraits.

The newly opened Té Bo located within 1880 SOCIAL in Taikoo Place offers an intimate six-course tasting menu (13–15 February), featuring Langoustine Royale with Sea Urchin, Blue Prawn Ravioli, and Wagyu M9+ Striploin with Truffle Pommes Purée. Desserts like Japanese Winter Strawberries with Macadamia Chantilly complete the experience, with optional wine pairings and pre-orderable flowers available.

Lobster Bar and Grill presents an extravagant six-course dinner to enjoy with your Valentine. End with a Valrhona Chocolate Cake, and enhance the celebration with optional roses, chocolates, or champagne gift sets.
