The <em>Flavours of Hong Kong<\/em> evening buffet brings together nostalgic local favourites, from cart noodles and Shatin chicken congee to crispy roast meats, Hong Kong-style egg waffles and classic pineapple buns with salted egg custard. Alongside the comforting classics, there\u2019s also an indulgent spread of premium seafood including Boston lobster, Alaskan king crab legs and abalone, plus an extensive dessert selection inspired by old Hong Kong sweets and cha chaan teng flavours. Running daily throughout May, it\u2019s a fitting farewell before Clipper Lounge reopens later this year with a new chapter. Instead of a big DJ night, expect vinyl played from a central booth, with the music kept at a level that still lets you talk. The mood is part listening lounge, part late-night bar, with record-shaped menus, cocktails at HK$188, and easy snacks including shrimp toast, popcorn and mini burgers. A good one for anyone after a more relaxed night out with a view. Town Club is set to open in Central this June. Transforming the former Hong Kong Golf &amp; Tennis Academy Town Club site, the new club will bring three dining concepts to the heart of the city: contemporary French restaurant Chez Nous, Southeast Asian-inspired Teak House, and Yakumo, an intimate 10-seat kaiseki counter. The space will also feature a 500-label wine cellar, a dedicated whisky room, private event spaces and an expanded programme of cultural events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Carlyle &amp; Co. Led by Chef Angshuman Adhikari, formerly of London\u2019s Brigadiers and Michelin-starred Gymkhana, the menu is made for sharing, with tandoori mixed grills, garam masala butter-slicked T-bones, tomahawks, lamb chops and comforting curries, alongside gin goblets and Indian pale ales.
